Pancake Joe’s is a mom and pop restaurant that is a neighborhood favorite in San Antonio, TX. Our first location opened for business on Donaldson Avenue, and has been a Deco district favorite ever since. In 2016, we opened a second larger location on Ingram Road that seats 150 patrons. 

Owner Jose Cruz has worked in the food industry all of his life. He started managing restaurants when he was 18, and he decided to open his own place. His first restaurant, Koffee Kup only, had six tables, and after three years he relocated four doors down Donaldson Avenue and called the new place Pancake Joe’s. 

Today, the Cruz family runs the two locations together, and they are looking to expand even more in the future. Both locations offer the same menu, so you can enjoy all your favorites at either spot.

When creating the menu, Jose decided to focus on American traditional breakfast food with a Hispanic twist. Pancake Joe’s is open for breakfast and lunch, and breakfast lovers can enjoy their favorite meal all day long.
